Agenda of the Annual General Meeting, Monday 18th February 2008
6:00pm, Room 212, Clubs and Societies Centre

1.Apologies
Apologies to be forwarded to the Chair or Presidents in advance of the meeting.

2. Announcements
Announcements should be forwarded to the Chair or Presidents in advance of the meeting.

3. Data Protection
Any member present who does not wish their names or initials to be published in the minutes should inform the Secretary at the close of the meeting.

4. Approval of previous minutes
The minutes of the Annual General Meeting were approved in advance of Activities Board, May 2007.

5.Matters arising
Matters arising should be forwarded to the Chair or President in advance of the meeting.

6. Forthcoming events 6.1 Destination Met: Wednesday 20th February at the Hub

7. Motions
7.1 Motion to create the role of Promotions Officer (Proposer: Kate Rowley)
7.2 Motion to remove the role of RUMS Officer from the Constitution (Proposer: Paul Gallagher)

8. Appointment of a Returning Officer
In accordance with the standing orders, a returning officer will be appointed by the Chair or elected by an open vote.
